Bailey had quite a time opening presents on Christmas morning. This was the first year that she really "got it" so we had lots of fun. She was very helpful in opening ALL of the presents! This was Bailey modeling the Pooh slippers and back back that she got from Uncle Mike and Aunt Brooke.
...or is that Edward and Daddy?! This is Ken modeling his surprise gift. He is waiting on his official Christmas gift of the Xbox 360, so in the meantime he can enjoy gear to cheer his local team on to victory. (As fate would have it, the Falcons are actually out of playoff contention at the time of this posting.) Better luck next year A-T-L.
Is it Christmas or Halloween? I have my hockey mask all picked out. Ok, so it is actually the top to my blocks, but I should get some style points, right?
This is a gift from great-aunt Dimi. Bailey started clapping when she opened it! Believe it or not, this tent can fold down into a flat disc. It is now lovingly called, "Bailey's House!" (Bailey named it herself)
After a number of attempts to get two children not crying and sort of smiling, this is what we came up with. Hope everyone has a great Christmas and all the best for 2006!
The hub of our laundry facility was down so Ken-the-Handyman went to work to find the problem. This is a snapshot of our washer after he has taken it apart.
Come to find out, the culprit of our laundry problems was a baby sock. Ken fished it out and promptly put it in the trash. R.I.P Sock (notice the play on words for the ripped sock that now rests in peace!)
Bailey is 19 months old today! Coincidently we also went to see her and Edward's first production of Sesame Street Live. It was great fun and we were sitting right up front with all the characters. Bailey loves Elmo and she was even caught in the aisle dancing!
There have been quite a few additions to the family... This is a group shot of the cousins and their parents. To put it in perspective - Bailey (2/9/04), Teagan and Lydia (2/6/05), Edward (3/24/05), and Dillon (5/13/05). Whew, that was a lot!
